All of our tyres are sold “as is”. Though we do not know the history or usage conditions of our tyres, every tyre that leaves our warehouse is visually and some are air inspected to check for apparent damage and the tread is measured. Some of our tyres have been satisfactorily repaired (safe spots only) by specially trained technicians using industry-approved methods. We do not sell tyres with sidewall repairs or sidewall plugs.

After an item is sold we will give it a final inspection before we hand it over to the couriers/ prepare it for collection. If there are any faults discovered, we will inform you, make a refund instantly or offer you an alternative where possible.

All tyres can be fitted for an additional charge of £10.00 each.

Next-day delivery to UK mainland

We will send our tyres out to you by courier – for all mainland UK . One business-day dispatch for UK mainland orders completed before 14:00.

Please note: Our standard delivery charge is for UK mainland addresses only: our courier applies different pricing for offshore islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. (Scottish Highlands are defined as all IV Postcodes, and Postcodes KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-26, PA30-40 and PA49-50).

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our Number one priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, all tyres (with our marking) may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase.

Please follow these steps:

Contact us with your intention to return tyre(s) for a full refund or to exchange for another tyre(s).

Once we have received the return, we will process a full refund for the original purchase price (less shipping costs) or ship a replacement at our expense.
